Dev, how about a "Technical Development"/Projects/Support category?
This could be used to talk about wallets, wallet updates, paper wallets, phone apps, mining and others. Also future projects in the pipeline.

That actually falls under news. The top board in the list will contain all things new to spartan. There may in time, be a board dedicated to listing all the key tools available for the Spartan Community. At the moment they will fall under news and anything permanent I will add a sticky to pin it to the top.
